Weddings Contact District Court for Information To be married in District Court by the judge or magistrate, you must do the following: . Obtain your marriage license from a Michigan county clerk. . Call District Court at (989) 345-5040 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to make an appointment. . Bring two witnesses. (Witnesses must be 18 years old). Additional guests are welcomed. . A $10.00 marriage fee is required at the time of the ceremony.   Weddings are performed at the 82nd District Court in the Ogemaw County Building between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
