Noble is the present presiding judge of the 82nd District Court.  He was first elected to this position in 1997, and started his second term in 2003.   Judge Noble received his Bachelor of Science from Ferris State University, and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  He is a graduate of Ogemaw Heights High School, and a life-long resident of Ogemaw County.
